Counselling Your Way

Counselling

Life can be challenging. It can throw up all sorts of dilemmas.

Counselling can be very helpful during these difficult times.

Painful experiences from the past, difficulties in the present and fears about the future may hinder our ability to find peace and achieve happiness.

You can bring to counselling whatever is important to you.

How it can help you

Person Centred Counselling can help you change the way you think and feel about things.

It can help you explore your thoughts  surrounding a particular issue even when that might be challenging.

Attending counselling on a regular basis, even when it feels difficult, often proves valuable and it can help you work through those thoughts and feelings.

What it can help

Person Centred Counselling can help with a range of emotions and issues including  anxiety, depression, anger, illness, abuse, loss, and relationships.

It can help increase your self-confidence and self-esteem and help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

About Me

As a qualified Person Centred counsellor I believe that by talking through things we all have the power to change our thinking, grow in our approach to problems and thrive as a result.

I am a fully insured, registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and abide by it's ethical framework.

As well as private work, I work with clients at Off The Record in Havant.

I have experience in helping clients with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, low self esteem, self harm, childhood trauma, rape, loss, low mood, stress, depression and relationship issues.

I will provide you with a warm, safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to discuss what is on your mind.
