Together we will work towards understanding what has brought you to therapy, what changes you would like to make and how those changes can be best achieved.
It is about what you need and how you need it.
Counselling sessions can be face to face, online or via telephone.
Clients are usually from the South Hampshire area including Botley, Burseldon, Fareham, Gosport, Locks Heath, Portchester, Southampton, Portsmouth, Wickham and Warsash.
Sessions are confidential and last 50 minutes. They are charged at £50 per session.
Fees are payable by a BACS transfer, in advance, or by cash on the day.
Cancellations require a minimum 48 hours notice, otherwise the missed session will be charged at the full rate.
